CASE #1

Upper and lower terminal dentition
ASA 2
HOUSE CLASS : ideal – class 1
Tx plan: overdentures

Surgery: extractions + 5mm alveoloplasty + 9 blue sky bio implants

Prosthesis: hard impact acrylic pressed dentures with 3-layer cross link resin teeth. Bilateral balanced occlusion, we don’t use 2nd molars to avoid occlusal interference

Throughout the next 2 weeks, I will be posting series of fully documented cases required by the ABOI. Once these cases have been in function fir 1- year then they can be submitted for the oral exam

This type of simple treatment is life changing for patients that couldn’t afford conventional full dentures

Terminal maxillary dentition
Surgical plan: extract upper teeth, alveoloplasty 5mm and place 4+ blue sky bio implants
Prosthetic plan: FP-5 tissue-implant supported overdenture

Simple but effective treatment enhances this poor man ability to chew and smile while increasing social confidence
